The survey is intended for construction workforce program administrators in the Los Angeles region. In recognition of the 30–45 minutes required to complete the form, the first 80 respondents will receive a $50 gift card. 

In the wake of the historic Los Angeles fires in January 2025, a group of Los Angeles foundations came together to address their collective role in responding to the disaster. They shared the belief that the role of philanthropy is to look forward, support courageous efforts, and lift opportunity.
